Kids Life Coaching for Rebranding Childhood® and Inspiring Future Leaders

For over two decades, I have been driven by a powerful vision to rebrand childhood®. To transform how we understand, support, and empower children in a world that often misunderstands their potential. My journey into kids life coaching wasn’t accidental. It was born from a deeply personal place. I couldn’t have children of my own, so I became the “secret parent” to countless children whose lives I have been privileged to touch. This unique role has fuelled my passion to nurture, guide, and empower children as if they are my own.

With a Masters Degree in Clinical Child Psychology, I have seen how damaging labels, diagnoses, and limitations can be. I believe in the power of celebrating each child's unique gifts and possibilities. As a former special needs teacher and school counsellor, I have seen first hand what happens when childhood is defined by what children can’t do rather than their strengths.  Early in my work, I met children labeled with ADHD and other challenges, many of whom believed their brains “didn’t work.” Witnessing their despair ignited something inside me. These children needed not pity or another label, but a new story, one where their differences became their greatest strengths, their superpowers.

That realisation transformed my approach. I developed a Play Based Coaching System® rooted in neuroscience and evidence-based skills transfer. This system is now used by trained Kids Life Studio® Coaches around the world, with the freedom to adapt and apply it to different cultures and contexts, ensuring every child’s unique background is honoured.

I believe in creating spaces where children can become leaders of their own lives, building confidence, resilience, and self-awareness through joy and discovery. This is what our unique model is all about. Not about a physical bricks and mortar space, but a reflective practice that gives children the freedom to express and grow. 

Kids life coaching, for me, is about unlocking potential. It’s about equipping children to navigate their world with courage and clarity. It’s about showing them they are not victims of their present circumstances but victors of their future. This belief is the heartbeat of everything I do.

That is what led me to train people to guide children to be the leaders of their own lives, because when adults are equipped to empower, children flourish.
